[求医问药] 包皮过长一定要割吗？

我没有割，疲软状态下包皮会覆盖住龟头，勃起时龟头会露出一小半，用手撸可以把包皮都撸上去。对性生活没什么影响，所以不打算割了（其实是怕痛）。就是要养成洗澡时把包皮翻开清洗的习惯，两天不洗就很脏了。
听说有个说法，包皮是人类进化中保留下来的，就是起保护龟头的作用。想像一下人类的祖先赤身裸体在草丛灌木里行走，要是没有包皮那龟头被摩擦到也太疼了…

看情况吧 我是过长 并且代谢旺盛 包皮垢多 偶有炎症那种
并且爱爱时经常扯到 很痛
